Your symptoms may not be in your head.
A simple diet and lifestyle change may be all you need!
“…If you think you may be going crazy; if you have thoughts of suicide; if you’re constantly exhausted, anxious and depressed; if you go weeks without a decent night’s sleep; if your personality changes like the flip of a coin; if a counter full of munchies doesn’t satisfy your sweet tooth; and if your doctor thinks you might be a hypochondriac because medical tests don’t show anything physically wrong with you – don’t despair, there’s hope!” From Roberta’s latest best seller, The Do’s and Dont’s of Hypoglycemia: An Everyday Guide to Low Blood Sugar
Welcome to the HSF – the Hypoglycemia Support Foundation, Inc. You are among a million plus “searching hypoglycemics” who have visited these pages. You have reached us via website while others have emailed, phoned, written and faxed the HSF. From as far away as Australia, Africa, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, your cry is always the same: “Help, I’m in desperate need of information!”
This is the reason I founded the HSF in 1980… to spread the word that hypoglycemia is real… it is not a fad disease. My book, CD’s, lectures and the internet are all tools I am using to bring hypoglycemia to the forefront of medicine, where it belongs.
I would like to help you take control of this confusing, complicated, misunderstood and too often misdiagnosed condition. It is imperative that the first step you take is to learn about hypoglycemia’s causes, effects and latest treatments. EDUCATION is the key to controlling this insidious disease.
The HSF will help you on your road to recovery. During the past 32 years of working with leading researchers and scientists in the fields of preventive and holistic medicine, we have designed tools to help inform, direct, support and encourage hypoglycemics around the WORLD.
Treat yourself. Take the time to go through the following pages. Read the wealth of information that is available to you, and love yourself enough to take the final steps… commitment and application.
Good luck and please keep me informed of your progress.
Here’s to your health,
